Wholistic Wellness means she treats the person as a whole and seeks to determine the root cause of the presenting problem rather than just treat the symptoms.
Wholistic Therapy opens itself to many alternative options that may not have been offered during traditional health and medical treatments.
She currently writes in an Adelaide based publication, and is part of a wellness team speaker on Community Radio, a guest speaker at various community groups and a registered Charity fundraiser for the Cancer Council.
She has been in the field of counselling and psychology for many years on her own journey of self discovery. These qualifications now allow her to share with you her experience and knowledge.
A thirst for knowledge coupled with a clear understanding of human behaviors, mixed with her passion for spirituality, has driven her to bridge the gap between the two using her own varied personal experiences.
