What types of classes are available?
There are many types of one hour classes available which means you can pick one to suit your level and needs. As your ability progresses you can continue to challenge yourself further. You’ll be amazed at the results.
Following an initial 1 hour consultation, you can commence taking classes in a level suited to you including mat classses and small apparatus including fit balls, weights, chiball and theraband. We limit our class sizes to a maximum of 8 to ensure your receive the personalised attention you deserve.
